Just a quick tumble to say that Alfred 0.9.9 is nearing completion with lots of yummy new features. I have held back a little bit to make sure that I can add fixes and workarounds to as many Lion issues as possible (there aren’t many, woohoo!).
Here are a couple of the main fixes going in:
- Fix the spell/define to make sure you get the correct exact match at the top by default, and showing the definitions under the word in Lion.
- Work around the scoping problem so that /Applications can be found as a folder.
There are also around 20 to 30 further improvements going in from the 0.9.9 dev 2 build which you can find here if you want to help test.
My plan is to do an auto-updating pre-release by Wednesday (27th July) afternoon and if all goes well, have the general release out by Saturday :)
Cheers,
Andrew
