A small change in the clipboard history prefs for Alfred v1 will allow you to disable collection of clipboard history while still allowing Snippets. This is useful for a number of users who have wanted to take advantage of Snippets but didn’t want Alfred remembering the clipboard contents.
To balance this out, another small change now allows clipboard history to be saved for a maximum of 3 months instead of 1.
